本公司成立於西元2020年，起源於雙北地區，原先以醫療接送服務為主(ex.洗腎，門診，急診救護等)，與眾多醫療院所合作，擁有為數不少的客戶群；而後將業務延伸至機場接送、各式交通接送及車輛租賃等服務，滿足消費者與客戶因商務或旅遊之租車及接送等需求。
